Summary of project:
I have created a blog to communicate with you how sports and training is a spiritual outlet. This blog invites you to discover it yourself or if you already find this connection this blog can enhance your journey. The research requirement of this project has identified that training and sporting goes beyond the physicality. Furthermore, I found research that makes this inclusive to a variety of physical capabilities. This blog has not been published long enough to develop but it has many posts that can get feedbacks.
